This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Deliver precise and professional consecutive interpretation between Mandarin and English during real-time voice conversations.

• Facilitate effective communication between parties speaking Mandarin and English in various sectors including healthcare, banking, legal, government, police, immigration, insurance, and social services.

• Uphold accuracy, impartiality, professionalism, and confidentiality in every interaction.

• Actively listen and interpret information clearly while maintaining the original speaker's meaning and intent.

• Provide a high standard of customer service during all interactions.

• Support video interpretation services after successfully completing a three-month probation period.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, quality standards, and interpreter protocols.

• Successfully complete all mandatory training and assessments prior to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with a focus on spoken and listening skills.

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of full-time work experience; or candidates without a bachelor's degree must possess a minimum of 5 years of full-time work experience.

• Willingness and ability to relocate to and work from Thailand.

• Flexibility to work a permanent night shift.

• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to convey information accurately.

• Previous experience in interpreting or customer service is advantageous but not essential.

• Must successfully pass a language assessment before entering the training program.

• Completion of the final assessment following the training program is required.

• Must have a dependable home internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
