This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of our Global Product Management Team focused on Energy Tariffs, you will engage in a visionary and dynamic group dedicated to transforming the global energy sector.

• Building on our Heartbeat AI Platform, our goal is to create energy tariff products across our primary markets, taking operational and commercial ownership and shaping new regulatory products from start to finish.

• Positioned at the intersection of product development, regulation, commercial strategy, and operations, you will convert a fast-evolving energy market into tangible customer value.

• Drive Your Own Initiatives: Assume responsibility for well-defined topics within our energy tariff portfolio, from analysis through to recommendations and implementation.

• You will lead your own initiatives and are accountable for their results.

• Contribute to Our Energy Tariff Products: Engage with our dynamic electricity tariff products across core markets, enhancing product features, rolling out new initiatives, and improving customer experiences.

• Support Regulatory Product Launches: Aid in the introduction of new products driven by regulatory changes (e.g. Direktvermarktung), helping to translate regulatory requirements into actionable product decisions.

• Analyze & Improve Marktkommunikation Processes: Examine our market communication workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and spearhead initiatives that enhance the speed and reliability of our energy retail engine.

• Monitor Performance & Iterate: Utilize customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends. Keep track of KPIs to optimize product adoption and overall customer satisfaction.

• Prepare & Present: Compile and present insights and recommendations to relevant Product Managers and stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related discipline.

• At least one prior internship, working student role, or similar work experience (preferably in energy, consulting, product, or a fast-paced startup environment).

• Strong sense of ownership – comfortable driving your own projects with minimal oversight (support from your direct lead will always be available).

• Analytical and organized thinker, proficient with data and spreadsheets (Google Sheets is essential; SQL or Python is advantageous).

• Proactive, inquisitive, and eager to learn in a rapidly changing environment.

• A team player who thrives in collaborative settings and seeks to harness the collective potential of the group.

• Available for at least 6 months, ideally on a full-time basis.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and German.

• Previous experience or knowledge of the energy market is a bonus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.

• Basic understanding of European energy market structures, dynamic tariffs, or the energy transition landscape.
