• You will collaborate closely with our consulting team, providing you the chance to share your ideas and take on responsibilities.

• You will examine current trends in the continuing education sector and assist in crafting new, customized offerings for various target audiences.

• You will aid in the development of innovative training concepts, emphasizing relevance, pedagogy, and effectiveness.

• You will generate content for our website, propose ideas for social media, and enhance our digital presence.

• You will help optimize application documents and gain exposure to advisory sessions with actual clients.

• You will work together on potential analyses, assist in the preparation of coaching sessions, and acquire initial experience in professional guidance.

• You are pursuing a degree in Business Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or a similar field—ideally with a specialization in HR or marketing.

• You demonstrate a structured work ethic, show initiative, and tackle tasks with an analytical and solution-focused mindset.

• You are enthusiastic about learning new subjects and actively engaging in projects.

• You possess an interest in digital tools and processes—willing to utilize AI applications such as ChatGPT or learn them alongside us.

• You present yourself as reliable and approachable, enjoying professional collaboration.

• You are proficient with standard MS Office applications.
