Internship — Marketing and Public Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Organize and assist with trade show appearances: Participate in planning content and design.

• Event assistance: Provide support at trade shows and events such as "Festival for Future" and "Festival Playground."

• Copywriting: Aid marketing management in crafting and enhancing written materials.

• Content strategy: Assist in developing content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, our website, and other channels.

• Content preparation: Organize and tailor content for various communication mediums.

• Content creation: Create posts utilizing tools such as Canva.

• Social media: Support our social media initiatives.

• Media relations: Manage and archive press coverage.

• Design support: Help design outdoor advertising, apparel, and printed materials.

• Research: Gather information for upcoming projects.

• Website upkeep and enhancement (basic level: WordPress).

• Photography: Capture product and team photos, along with documenting events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical abilities: Familiarity with tools like Canva, InShot, and CapCut is advantageous.

• Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Creativity & social media proficiency: You keep abreast of current trends, possess a keen sense for them, and ideally have initial experience in social media work or campaigning.

• Content creation skills: You bring innovative ideas for modern content formats.

• Knowledge or a strong interest in subjects like the circular economy, sanitation and nutrient recovery, sanitation infrastructure, composting, and agriculture — along with an enthusiasm for the festival scene.

• Optional skills for the graphic/design area (based on interests and capabilities): InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
