This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Assist the IT support team with daily operations, encompassing both 1st and 2nd level support.
• Receive and manage support requests through email and the ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and uphold hardware and software systems.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to analyze and resolve issues.
• Document IT processes and support cases meticulously.
• Participate in internal IT projects and rollouts.
• Fundamental understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Genuine interest in network technologies, cloud services, and IT security.
• Some experience in IT support is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical thinking, systematic working methods, and problem-solving abilities.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with others.
