This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Propel the energy transition: You will be at the forefront of the energy transition, contributing significantly to the development of innovative service products and digital solutions for global markets.
• Lead essential service initiatives: You will be involved in the complete product lifecycle—from conducting market research and validating concepts to expanding our global service offerings (which include proactive monitoring, maintenance, and warranty).
• Enhance and streamline processes: Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial) to convert operational insights into scalable product solutions and rethink current process frameworks.
• Evaluate and improve: Utilize customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends. You will track KPIs to optimize product adoption and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Excel in communication: Master the art of product communication by coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders as well as customers across markets to ensure smooth rollouts.
• You have completed your studies and/or are taking a gap year between your Bachelor’s and Master’s, with a minimum availability of 6 months.
• You are a driven individual with a keen interest in innovation, eager to instigate change.
• Relevant experience in fast-paced settings with insights into Product/Project Management, Technology, Process Optimization, or similar fields is advantageous.
• You possess excellent language skills in both English and German (C1 / C2) and excel in communicating with various internal and external stakeholders.
• You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects while balancing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• You are a problem solver who can adapt effortlessly to changing environments.
• You are a collaborative team player who thrives in teamwork-driven settings and is always looking to harness the group's potential.
• You have proficient skills in the digital landscape, are accustomed to working with Google Workspace (or Microsoft Office Suite), and are comfortable adapting to new software tools—previous CRM experience is beneficial.
• Previous experience or knowledge of the energy market is a plus, but we are eager to bring you up to speed—motivation is what matters most!
