Internship Founders Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will engage with our company for a duration of 1–6 months, collaborating closely with our founding and management team.

• You will take charge of strategically significant projects, guiding them from initial concept and prototype stages through to operational execution and refinement.

• You will enhance critical aspects of our value chain by continuously refining processes.

• You will establish and implement business infrastructure to create a solid foundation for sustainable growth.

• You will work effectively with our scientific and business stakeholders.

• You will conduct market analyses to pinpoint customer and market-specific requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

• You may possess some professional experience, although it is not limited to traditional high-pressure environments (such as consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups).

• You demonstrate proactivity, foresight, and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• You are analytical, pragmatic, and exhibit a keen attention to detail.

• You thrive in independent work settings and are willing to embrace responsibility.

• You are fluent in both German and English.
