International Strategy & Policy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret new international space legislation and regulatory frameworks.

• Establish and sustain an ongoing horizon-scanning initiative that identifies policy trends, regulatory risks, and areas needing proactive engagement.

• Collaborate closely with Business Development and Sales teams.

• Act as a strategic resource for BD and Sales teams in managing relationships with foreign governments.

• Work together with the U.S. Government Relations team.

• Convert complex international policy developments into actionable guidance.

• Assist the Director of Global Strategy in achieving the goals set by the Chief Strategy Officer.

• Facilitate the operational integration and strategic positioning of Axiom Suisse and other European entities.

• Coordinate with internal legal, finance, and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in international strategy and policy.

• A Bachelor's degree in legal or public policy is required.

• An MPA/MPP or JD is preferred.

• More than 5 years of experience in international policy, government relations, or aerospace/technology policy, with proven exposure to European regulatory environments.

• A history of achieving results in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

• Demonstrates sound judgment in proactively solving problems, positively influencing challenging situations.

• Proven organizational skills to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results.

• The role may involve sitting or standing for prolonged periods (90% of the time).
