• Serve as the primary connection between partners and internal teams, including Operations, Product, Planning, Marketing, Compliance, and Legal.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to guarantee order precision, punctuality, and adherence to compliance across all markets.
• Track in-season performance and proactively address issues to enhance growth opportunities.
• Maintain consistent alignment among regional calendars, marketing initiatives, and product deliveries.
• Work alongside Marketing to create localized campaigns that reflect brand values and seasonal priorities.
• Participate in range planning to ensure that the identified needs of regional markets and partner opportunities are included in the GTM process.
• Generate precise sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Compile market visit reports that emphasize brand positioning, competitor insights, opportunities, and strategies to enhance brand performance.
• Desired commercial sales experience in footwear or activewear within wholesale and/or international channels.
• Proven success in business development, negotiation, and account/partner management.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, governance, and market entry strategies.
• Experience in managing multi-market accounts/partners across extensive geographic regions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in a secondary language being advantageous.
• Advanced commercial and financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in order management using SAP or similar systems is preferred.
• Adept at presenting product, trend, and performance insights to both partners and internal teams.
