
International Remarketing & Wholesale Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for both strategic and operational aspects of the international sale of pre-owned vehicles in the wholesale and package sectors.
• Establish, sustain, and expand international dealer networks, with an emphasis on significant buyers, remarketing associates, and trading platforms.
• Oversee and refine package sales processes, including pricing, offer structures, marketing strategies, and transaction execution.
• Work closely with international sellers, fleet operators, and OEMs to create sales programs and boost market share.
• Formulate and execute data-driven sales and pricing strategies.
• Build and mentor a small international sales team over the mid-term.
• Track and report key performance indicators (sales volume, margin, turnaround times, country performance) to management and stakeholders.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in international B2B automotive sales, fleet remarketing, or wholesale trading.
• Demonstrated success in package or bulk used vehicle sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the European used car market and its pricing mechanisms.
• Experience in establishing and managing international dealer networks.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset complemented by a hands-on approach.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills.
• Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Pre-existing connections with international dealers, importers, or trading platforms are a distinct benefit.
