International Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated vacancies in partnership with Atlean World.

• Identify candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking.

• Execute pre-screening and interview processes to assess candidate fit.

• Present selected candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team.

• Sustain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure their engagement and satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities with proficiency in English.

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO sector is advantageous.

• An entrepreneurial and proactive approach, with a capacity to work independently.

• Knowledge of digital recruitment tools and social media platforms.
