This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Manage and provide support for selection processes that best match your profile, experience, and specialty.
• Conduct headhunting and active sourcing of international profiles using various recruitment sources, databases, and professional networks.
• Connect, persuade, and build rapport with potential candidates in an empathetic and professional manner.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, validating competencies, career paths, and cultural fit 100% in English.
• Present a shortlist of high-quality candidates aligned with the expectations and requirements of our partner accounts.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with the management team at Horizonia for process follow-up.
• Reside in one of the following countries: Peru, Colombia, or Argentina.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, or in personnel selection roles.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) is essential.
• Intermediate proficiency in LinkedIn or other active talent search platforms.
• Strong goal orientation, proactivity, self-management, and a continual desire to learn about new industries and recruitment methodologies.
• 100% Remote (From anywhere in LATAM).
