This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with team members to meet hiring objectives

• Promote job openings on international platforms

• Identify and connect with candidates through digital and social media

• Conduct preliminary assessments and interviews with candidates

• Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants

• Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment

• Proficiency in English is required

• Proficient in social media, candidate sourcing, and networking tools

• Commitment to a minimum of 30 hours per week

• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility
