International Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Team Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Onboard and train new pre-litigation personnel, including case managers, negotiators, intake specialists, and legal assistants.

• Create, maintain, and enhance training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow documentation.

• Facilitate coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and ongoing skill enhancement.

• Ensure that staff adhere to firm processes, meet deadlines, and maintain client communication standards.

• Provide training to employees on case management systems and best practices.

• Collaborate with leadership to determine training needs and enhance operational efficiency.

• Conduct refresher training sessions and continuing education for current team members.

• Oversee quality control in case management, documentation, medical treatment tracking, and settlement preparation.

• Act as a resource for team members by addressing questions and reinforcing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in U.S. personal injury pre-litigation.

• Previous experience in training, mentoring, or supervising legal staff is highly preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of the pre-litigation process, from intake through to settlement.

• Strong knowledge of case management, medical records, treatment coordination, demands, negotiations, and client communication.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple training initiatives.

• Proficient in using case management software and remote collaboration tools.

• A passion for developing and supporting high-performing teams.
