
International Payroll Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with various payroll providers to prepare monthly payroll input.
• Oversee the workflow to guarantee that all payroll transactions are processed accurately and punctually.
• Review trial and final payroll outputs and prepare month-end reports, including the creation and reconciliation of payroll journals.
• Address inquiries from employees, HR, Accounting, and local government offices promptly.
• Complete and coordinate the year-end tax processes.
• Ensure that payroll, including the handling of Share Options / Restricted Stock Units, is conducted in accordance with local legislative regulations.
• Assist with internal and external payroll audit requests.
• Promote enhancements and standardizations throughout payroll processes and support additional accounting projects.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service skills when interacting with employees.
• Relevant experience in managing full-cycle payroll in Germany and the UK (required).
• Knowledge of SOX controls.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with HRCM platforms like Workday.
• Strong Excel proficiency and understanding of Restricted Stock Units is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain complete discretion and confidentiality.
