International Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold operational policies to assist international teams.

• Act as a project coordinator for global initiatives.

• Function as a connection between international teams and U.S. Operations.

• Collaborate with Human Resources, Communications, and Staff Engagement departments.

• Support Crisis Management in ensuring policy adherence and guideline execution.

• Create, assess, and revise operational policies for international teams.

• Perform regular audits of policies to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Evaluate current workflows to discover opportunities for greater efficiency.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
