International Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning of projects for global initiatives.

• Aid in the planning and execution of international events.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by collecting feedback from field teams and implementing enhancements that serve them better.

• Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Staff Engagement departments on cross-functional projects to support international personnel.

• Update and maintain operational policies to assist international teams.

• Oversee administrative tasks within digital platforms such as Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace.

• Provide administrative support for recruiting and onboarding processes.

• Keep accurate meeting minutes and documentation for the Operations Team.

• Manage calendars and scheduling across various time zones.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of operational documents and communications.

• Handle logistics for care packages and essential supplies to assist international staff.

• Equip international staff through training on operational procedures, tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Raise and sustain 105% of your monthly financial support target.

• Domestic travel within the U.S. is required to collaborate with other departments.

• Understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith.
