This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in project planning for global initiatives.
• Aid in the planning and execution of international events.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by collecting feedback from field teams and implementing changes that enhance their experience.
• Work collaboratively with HR, Communications, and Staff Engagement departments on cross-functional projects to support international personnel.
• Keep operational policies updated to assist international teams.
• Oversee administrative tasks within digital platforms (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace).
• Provide administrative support for recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Document meeting minutes and maintain records for the Operations Team.
• Coordinate schedules and calendars across various time zones.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of operational documents and communications.
• Organize logistics for care packages and essential supplies to support international staff.
• Train international staff on operational procedures, tools, and best practices.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Required to raise and maintain 105% of your monthly financial support goal.
• Domestic travel within the U.S. is required to collaborate with other departments.
• Must understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith.
• Must agree to uphold Launch Global’s Vision and Mission.
