International Incentive Project Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate international incentive travel programs, from the initial briefing through to onsite execution and subsequent evaluation.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with global clients, suppliers, and destination partners, serving as a strategic advisor throughout the entire program lifecycle.

• Create innovative destination concepts and present engaging solutions that surpass client expectations.

• Lead cross-functional project teams, offering guidance, coaching, and quality oversight while ensuring that programs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Take ownership of program budgets, commercial performance, and profitability, achieving a balance between exceptional experiences and financial success.

• Travel internationally to conduct site inspections, oversee program delivery, and remain informed about industry trends, emerging destinations, and new opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in delivering international incentive travel programs within an agency setting.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-country incentive programs for global clients.

• Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and financial oversight.

• Ability to foster trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, DMCs, and destination partners across international markets.

• Exceptional project leadership and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple programs concurrently.

• A passion for travel, destinations, and crafting unforgettable experiences for participants.

• An interest in AI and how technology can enhance the proposal creation, project management, and program delivery processes.

• Bilingual in English and French (Pas de scrambled oeufs, s'il vous plaît).
