This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oman.
• Data Management: Gathering and processing guest information (passport details, contact information, and special preferences).
• Bookings: Overseeing flight and hotel reservations.
• Communication: Administering group chats to welcome guests, provide schedule updates, and address inquiries.
• Logistics: Collaborating with drivers and managing daily transfers.
• On-Site Management: Supervising group meet-ups and departures in line with the itinerary.
• Crisis Management: Addressing emergencies and unforeseen circumstances, such as calling for an ambulance, managing flight rescheduling, arranging late hotel check-outs, and resolving other force majeure events.
• Atmosphere: Fostering a friendly, welcoming, and comfortable environment throughout the entire trip.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in English at a fluent level.
• Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and independence.
• Excellent communication abilities, a friendly demeanor, and an approachable personality.
• High tolerance for stress and the capacity to make swift decisions in unpredictable circumstances.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and respond promptly to incoming requests.
• Advantage: In-depth knowledge of the region and an established network of local contacts (drivers, medical facilities, hotels).
• Advantage: Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or group coordination.
