International Director of Member Services – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the activities of a global team of 12 Delegation Directors situated in various locations worldwide.

• Provide support to Delegation Directors and coordinators in assisting members across the Association’s 20 geographic delegations.

• Aid in the implementation of services and programs initiated by Headquarters.

• Develop and execute local action plans as determined by each delegation.

• Manage the Employer Brand team, which consists of 2 individuals.

• Optimize the utilization of HR tools available to members, including the recruitment website and ATS.

• Advocate for the network among relevant schools and institutions that can supply talent to members.

• Plan and coordinate the main member meetings of the Association throughout the year.

• Organize national or regional delegation meetings and specific business meetings for chefs, sales teams, and HR teams.

• Ensure the effective execution of member meetings.

• Demonstrated and robust managerial abilities in leading a team distributed across multiple countries internationally.

• Experience in managing both experienced and self-sufficient professionals.

• Background in mentoring junior profiles with significant potential.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a capability to build relationships with the Association’s members globally.

• Comprehensive understanding of the hospitality and restaurant industry.

• Genuine passion for the hospitality and restaurant sector.

• Familiarity with the luxury segment of this industry.

• International background; experience in various countries is highly valued.

• Bilingual: English / French.

• Proficiency in an additional language, such as Spanish, German, or Italian, is a plus.

• Strong willingness to travel.

• Expected to travel approximately 50% of the year worldwide.
