This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for custodians needing critical incident support, offering guidance on best practice clinical interventions (CIS) and crisis response programs.
• Collaborate with various global subsidiaries and partners to review, approve, and facilitate the provision of CI support.
• Precisely document all relevant information in the database related to the clinical management of cases.
• Request and oversee CI costing from global subsidiaries and partners, ensuring that quotes are submitted to customers for their approval.
• Provide selective onsite and/or virtual clinical CI support and counseling to customers and members when appropriate.
• Engage with all customers and stakeholders as necessary to ensure effective implementation of CI and disruptive event services.
• Participate in formal or informal meetings with Client Services and Customers to guarantee a thorough understanding of the services we provide.
• Develop client protocols and related documentation in close collaboration with the Client Services and Marketing team for the delivery of such materials.

• A minimum of a master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or an equivalent qualification.
• Registration with the relevant psychological or counseling board in your respective country.
• At least 2 years of experience working with trauma and critical incident situations.
• Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of various trauma and disruptive event theories and paradigms.
• Proficient in computer skills and comfortable with adopting new technologies.
• Capability to effectively integrate Clinical and Critical Incident focuses.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Articulate and competent in English.
• Good telephone etiquette and ability to provide therapeutic support over the phone.
• Solid clinical understanding with the ability to manage critical incidents and workplace disruptive events.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong administrative abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and respond swiftly.
• Business and commercial awareness along with competent basic financial administration skills.
• Requires rotational weekend standby duties (approximately every 3–5 weeks) to address any urgent requests that may arise after hours.
• Global Flexibility: Must be willing to attend meetings outside of standard local working hours to accommodate global clients and teams as needed.
• Remote: This is a remote position based in Malaysia, requiring a suitable workspace for remote work, reliable power and Wi-Fi, and a smartphone for Lyra systems authentication login.
• Occasionally, there may be an expectation to travel to customer sites in Malaysia or regionally to assist with onsite CIS interventions.
