This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Act as a key subject matter expert for EOR services in various APAC markets, possessing extensive knowledge of diverse regulatory frameworks.
• Serve as the main advisor for intricate APAC compliance requirements, offering strategic insights on cross-border employment intricacies, terminations, and local labor regulations to minimize global risks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Operations teams to analyze global industry trends and regulatory changes, significantly impacting international product-market alignment and go-to-market strategies.
• Work alongside Customer Success to manage high-value accounts, addressing complex, region-specific needs that demand advanced jurisdictional knowledge.
• Act as the ultimate point of internal escalation for inquiries that delve into complex compliance or high-risk HR areas, such as complicated leave situations and country-specific benefits.
• Proactively seek out EOR expansion and upsell opportunities, assisting customers in navigating the strategic challenges of entering and growing in new international markets.
• Foster retention and growth of the existing customer base through an education-centric approach.
• Simplify intricate international regulations and processes into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work independently while enhancing team knowledge and promoting best practices throughout the organization.
• Leverage extensive global insights to advise customers on legally sensitive and region-specific paths forward.
• Represent the specialized customer voice to ensure Justworks’ international infrastructure aligns with the needs of complex, multinational organizations.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing international HR role, preferably with significant expertise in APAC and the EOR sector.
• Proven experience managing strategic discussions and complex global customer HR scenarios, with at least 2 years focused on handling intricate customer-facing issues in EOR.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and consultative abilities, with a talent for clearly explaining complex concepts.
• Familiarity with HR technology and international employment compliance across various regions.
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to achieve customer outcomes.
• Experience in multiple countries/regions is advantageous.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Zendesk, and Notion is a plus.
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
