This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You establish market entry strategies by determining where ESN can excel in each market—across various channels, key accounts, and categories—while tailoring the German playbook to local conditions.
• You curate the A-assortment by developing and sustaining a focused, impactful product portfolio that aligns hero SKUs with local market and retailer requirements.
• You set promotional guidelines by defining pricing strategies, promotion depth, and trade investments to safeguard brand equity while facilitating commercial success.
• You create in-store activation playbooks by designing scalable, channel-specific toolkits that sales teams can easily implement across different markets.
• You empower sales teams by translating strategy into clear, actionable resources such as sell-in presentations, assortment justifications, and promotional frameworks.
• You monitor and drive performance by establishing relevant KPIs (e.g., distribution, sell-through, promo ROI) and creating a clear review schedule across markets.
• You ensure brand alignment with Germany by serving as the key liaison between the core DE team and international markets—translating strategy without reinventing it.
• You possess over 8 years of experience in key account management, category management, and trade marketing—preferably within sports nutrition, FMCG, or consumer health sectors.
• You have significant KAM expertise with complete ownership of major retail or wholesale accounts, including JBP negotiations and comprehensive trade term management.
• You are proficient in category management tools such as range reviews, planogram development, shopper insights, and space-to-sales optimization.
• You bring extensive trade marketing experience covering activation planning, promotional architecture, sell-in resources, and in-store execution.
• You have experience across multiple European markets and understand how to customize strategies rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
• You are fluent in English, with German or another European language being a significant advantage.
