International Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of personal injury cases from initial intake to final resolution

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and updates throughout the duration of the case

• Coordinate and oversee medical treatments, requests for records, and billing documentation

• Collaborate closely with attorneys to assist in case strategy, preparation, and advancement

• Draft and review correspondence, case summaries, and various legal documents

• Interact with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties in a professional and timely manner

• Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and case milestones to ensure the timely progression of all matters

• Keep organized and current case files within the firm's case management system

• Assist in settlement preparation, including collecting supporting documentation and resolving outstanding payments as necessary

• Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth case progression

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside outside of the United States (international applicants only)

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (both written and verbal)

• Prior experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury law firm is required

• Strong understanding of personal injury case flow, treatment coordination, and settlement procedures

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Capability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software

• Dependable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time
