International Car Trading Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance a network of European suppliers for pre-owned vehicles, including OEMs, leasing companies, fleet operators, dealerships, and remarketing partners.

• Identify, engage, and onboard new suppliers to bolster our remarketing and wholesale operations.

• Cultivate and sustain robust supplier relationships, involving contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and process enhancements.

• Examine sourcing markets and establish strategies to augment vehicle availability and diversify the portfolio.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams (Remarketing, Sales, Product, Data) to optimize supplier processes, interfaces, and data flows.

• Formulate and execute data-driven sourcing strategies aimed at enhancing transparency, availability, and cost-efficiency.

• Track and communicate key performance indicators (e.g., sourcing volume, activation rate, conversion, supplier performance) to management and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in sourcing, remarketing, or B2B vehicle trading, preferably with OEMs, leasing companies, fleet operators, or digital platforms.

• Strong networking and supplier acquisition abilities within the European used-car market.

• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills, paired with a comprehensive understanding of digital business models.

• Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.

• A proactive, communicative, and hands-on approach to work with a collaborative mindset.
