International Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Accountable for creating and nurturing robust business relationships with local partners and licensees.

• Offer insightful feedback and guidance on business strategies and both short-term and long-term planning.

• Oversee multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Direct Manager to help partners/licensees meet business objectives, drive growth, and enhance profitability.

• Mentor and train new Inspire team members for quick acclimatization to their roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in general management for small to medium franchisees or as a Director of Operations for large franchisees.

• Proficient in English communication and the ability to read, write, and speak the languages relevant to the assigned region (Korean and Japanese).

• Proven track record in delivering technical and operational training.

• Exceptional relationship-building abilities; capable of motivating and coaching with outstanding communication skills.
