Internal Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address incoming sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Act as the initial point of contact for potential clients.

• Clearly articulate the company's services and respond to client inquiries with confidence.

• Assess inbound inquiries before arranging meetings with the Sales Representative.

• Organize meetings and manage calendars effectively.

• Maintain communication with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.

• Oversee and update the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are accurately recorded.

• Prepare, distribute, and manage client contracts.

• Facilitate the client onboarding process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

• Keep accurate records in the CRM and track sales activities.

• Enhance and maintain prospect and client information using Apollo and other sales tools.

• Implement targeted email outreach campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Representative to ensure a smooth transition and an outstanding client experience.

• Provide comprehensive sales administration and operational support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Success, or a comparable client-facing position.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Professional and confident telephone demeanor with the ability to establish rapport.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.

• Experience with Apollo or similar tools is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Strong administrative skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
