This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process across various regions and disciplines, emphasizing sales and operational positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role specifications and provide consistent updates.
• Identify and engage top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods.
• Evaluate CVs and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and compile shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Manage the scheduling of interviews, communication, feedback, and job offers.
• Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment documentation.
• Develop and sustain a robust network of relevant speculative candidates, establishing talent pipelines for future roles and business expansion.
• Enhance Support Revolution’s visibility and employer brand on LinkedIn by sharing captivating content, expanding relevant networks, and positioning the business as an attractive workplace.
• Offer insights and reporting to aid hiring decisions.
• Work closely with the Head of Operations and the Talent Acquisition team on hiring strategies, reporting, and special projects.
• Demonstrated experience in an in-house capacity such as Internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional, particularly in recruiting sales and operational roles.
• A proven track record of sourcing and headhunting skills: you excel at discovering exceptional talent rather than just waiting for applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build trust with candidates and team members.
• Confidence in representing Support Revolution in a professional and positive manner, serving as the first point of contact for candidates.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
