Internal Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects and accounts

• Sustaining revenue and expanding current business operations

• Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders

• Delivering exceptional quality work within deadlines

• Keeping internal data organized and current

• Concentrating on account development

• Assisting in the formation of project teams

• Ensuring that project teams effectively provide value

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess client-facing experience (preferably in IT)

• Demonstrate a sense of ownership and a proactive attitude

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum C1) and Polish (minimum C1)

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Proficient in stakeholder management

• Capable of establishing professional relationships

• Ability to foresee risks and obstacles

• Willingness to challenge the status quo
