This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Oversee the implementation of internal communication strategies.
• Manage primary communication channels and tools.
• Generate compelling content.
• Coordinate initiatives that improve the employee experience.
• Ensure uniform and effective messaging across the organization.
• Strategize and execute internal communication plans.
• Compose messages for executives and employees.
• Administer content calendars.
• Develop high-quality written and visual materials.
• Oversee internal communication platforms and tools.
• Organize virtual All Hands meetings.
• Support culture and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication efforts.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proficient in advanced English.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with Slack, SharePoint, and Dynamic Signal/FirstUp.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects is advantageous).
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and layout skills with a portfolio that highlights both written and visual communication work.
• Experience in a global business setting, along with managing communication tools and content calendars.
