This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and execute a thorough internal communications strategy and plan.
• Develop and oversee a 30–90 day editorial calendar.
• Design and implement communication programs that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal, Investor Relations, Public Affairs, Customer, and People teams.
• Advocate for AI and innovative technologies in communication efforts.
• Write executive communications, strategic memos, announcements, and video scripts on behalf of executives.
• Provide counsel to the CPO and executive team regarding business strategy, milestones, customer achievements, and organizational changes.
• Construct a manager cascade system complete with toolkits, talking points, and FAQs.
• Evaluate and enhance Google Chat, QAD Connect/intranet, email, Slack, and other internal communication channels.
• Develop a communications framework utilizing the intranet, webinars, town halls, and related tools.
• Set publishing standards for internal communications.
• Manage all-hands events from start to finish, including agendas, narratives, presentations, speaker coaching, facilitation, and follow-up.
• Revamp all-hands events to boost engagement, information value, attendance, and overall sentiment.
• Direct communications for benefits, performance cycles, talent programs, recognition campaigns, CSR, DE&I, Wellbeing, and Alumni initiatives.
• Create playbooks, templates, governance guidelines, handoff documentation, and reusable infrastructure.
• Complete a communications audit and establish a functioning editorial calendar within six months.
• Organize at least two enhanced all-hands events.
• Introduce a manager cascade toolkit.
• Restructure the intranet and Slack platforms.
• Integrate AI tools into communication workflows.
• Extensive experience in leading global communications on a large scale.
• Significant background in global communications within a UK or US private equity-backed organization.
• Over 6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Background in a global technology or software setting.
• Experience in communicating business strategy beyond just HR updates.
• Profound expertise in advising and writing for C-suite executives.
• Proven capability to collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and People teams.
• Practical experience in organizing virtual and hybrid all-hands events at scale.
• Familiarity with Zoom Events, Teams Live, or similar platforms.
• High emotional intelligence and awareness of cross-cultural dynamics.
• Ability to craft messages for diverse audiences across various continents and time zones.
• Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint, and intranet CMS platforms.
• Interest in AI tools for enhancing writing, workflows, and communication effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
