Internal Architect Project Manager – EV Construction Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and supply chains to ensure projects meet compliance standards

• Evaluate, monitor, and adeptly manage essential milestone activities to prevent schedule delays

• Confirm the effectiveness of project governance, processes, and systems

• Ensure the implementation of best practices across all projects

• Generate formal project status reports and any additional reports as needed

• Supervise the progress of multiple construction projects concurrently

• Coordinate the interface among all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews

• Facilitate the flow of project information through regular meetings and written communications

• Anticipate and update key project milestones and budgetary concerns

• Offer technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders

• Provide prompt responses to RFIs from the field

• Deliver expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance

• Conduct independent evaluations of status reports, drawing submissions, timelines, and costs

• Assist in cultivating strong working relationships with clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related discipline

• Excellent organizational and management abilities

• Strong presentation skills

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore

• Outstanding communication skills

• Architectural background is mandatory

• An Architectural License is required
