This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leaders from Finance/RevOps, Go-To-Market, Services, HR/Legal, and Engineering to uncover opportunities for integrating AI into real operational workflows.
• Facilitate discovery by mapping out current-state processes, quantifying pain points, defining desirable outcomes, and converting vague needs into precise workflow requirements.
• Develop and sustain an AI workflow roadmap prioritized by business impact, readiness, and capacity for change.
• Conduct build-versus-buy evaluations for each identified opportunity.
• Lead change management and enablement efforts: organize working sessions, create playbooks, conduct training sessions/brown bags, and coach teams to enhance AI literacy.
• Develop reusable patterns and standards for AI applications within internal tools.
• Set operational guardrails for AI-integrated workflows.
• Establish evaluation and monitoring criteria for workflows; implement feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement over time.
• Over 6 years of experience in internal consulting, business operations, business systems, product operations, solutions architecture, or a comparable role.
• Proven software engineering experience, including at least 4 years of delivering internal AI-native tools to production.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing an internal AI program, workflow automation center of excellence, or "AI for employees" capability in a previous position.
• Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, and/or regulated or high-compliance environments (such as privacy, security, auditability).
• Strong skills in stakeholder management.
• Ability to convert business challenges into structured requirements, operational metrics, and phased delivery plans.
• Proficiency in AI concepts.
• Experience in assessing and implementing software solutions (build vs buy).
• Comfort in collaborating with technical teams and working with technical artifacts.
• Proficiency in low-code/no-code tool prototyping is essential.
• Strong analytical and measurement capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership and a proactive approach; thrives in dynamic SaaS environments with evolving AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
