Internal AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders from Finance/RevOps, Go-To-Market, Services, HR/Legal, and Engineering to uncover opportunities for integrating AI.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to map current processes and quantify existing pain points.

• Develop and uphold an AI workflow roadmap.

• Conduct build-versus-buy evaluations for each identified opportunity.

• Lead change management initiatives and enablement efforts.

• Create reusable patterns and standards for AI implementation in internal tools.

• Set operational guidelines for AI-driven workflows.

• Define expectations for evaluating and monitoring workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in internal consulting, business operations, business systems, product operations, solutions architecture, or a similar role.

• A background in software engineering is required, including more than 4 years of experience delivering internal AI-native tools to production.

• Proven experience in establishing an internal AI program.

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, and/or environments that require high compliance.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• Ability to convert business challenges into structured requirements.

• Fluency in AI concepts.

• Experience in assessing and implementing software solutions.

• Comfort in collaborating with technical teams and handling technical artifacts.

• Capability to prototype using low-code/no-code tools.

• Strong analytical abilities and measurement skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
