
Internal Account Director – Recruitment & Retention Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Assist in pre-award solutions planning alongside R&R Solution Strategists, Proposals, and BD teams, supporting standard RFP and ‘additional bid’ submissions.
• Assume responsibility for representing R&R services during Bid Defense Meetings and client interactions, involving other SMEs as needed to support solutions awards.
• Comprehend the implications and execution of solutions related to recruitment and retention.
• Adopt a ‘growth mindset’ to enhance studies benefiting from site and patient solutions at the commencement of a study.
• Efficiently oversee the Recruitment & Retention strategy from planning through to close-out, including the completion of Patient Recruitment Plans (PRPs) from BDM to Quick Start Camp (QSC).
• Collaborate closely with R&R Operations Leads and Specialists to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
• Engage in enrollment review sessions and contribute to cross-team objectives with proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Work in partnership with PLs, DPDs, and others to effectively manage sponsor escalations as the primary point of contact.
• Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of R&R solutions within designated Syneos Health systems (e.g., PDC R&R Health Assessment).
• Apply critical thinking and strategic messaging to effectively convey the value proposition of solutions.
• Actively collaborate with data scientists, R&R Solution Delivery Specialists, R&R Solution Strategists, R&R Operations team, and others to monitor and identify trends, insights, and forecast outcomes.
• Focus on timely enrollment strategies and study-specific therapeutic categories, geographies, and unique protocols while aiming to reduce site and patient burden.
• Maintain regular communication and collaborative problem-solving with internal partners, customers, R&R operations, and other Directors.
• Continuously expand knowledge of cross-team solutions, planned innovations, and contribute ideas based on learned experiences and market demands.
• Listen attentively for project support and prospective customer opportunities that may lead to standalone business.
• Be accountable for collecting feedback on third-party vendors and engaging designated vendors in governance meetings.
• Participate in partner meetings and training sessions to fulfill internal partner and customer requirements.
