• Support students, organizations, and educational institutions with the registration and promotion of internship and employment opportunities.
• Maintain and update client records;
• Input internship program data and ensure the database is current;
• Guide users to the appropriate Portal pages based on their requested services;
• Address clients' inquiries regarding products and services;
• Manage service requests and onboard new clients;
• Aid in the upkeep of the client database (data entry);
• Execute technical promotion of products;
• Offer customer support through e-mail, phone, and WhatsApp to inform clients about processes.
• Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or a related discipline;
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and proficiency in working with computerized systems;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to execute tasks that require concentration;
• At least 1 year remaining in your degree program/availability for an internship;
• Resident of São Paulo (either the city or Greater São Paulo).
