This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the design and implementation of recruitment processes aimed at enhancing candidate experience and improving hiring efficiency.
• Develop and initiate training programs along with skills assessments to empower customer-facing teams.
• Establish systems training to promote effective practices within the sales teams.
• Create a knowledge base to allow sales teams to access necessary information in real-time.
• Support sales operations teams in the collection and sharing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Knowledge of training principles and adult learning theories.
• Proven experience with training content development tools, Learning Management Systems, and Customer Relationship Management Systems.
• A keen interest in sales enablement, customer engagement, and the retail sector.
• Paid internship
