Intern – Business Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Collaborating with sales and channel teams to define and implement strategic projects aimed at enhancing revenue, productivity, and efficiency.

• Partnering with IT to ensure alignment and execute various initiatives.

• Assisting in the continuous improvement of system processes and user experiences for sellers and partners.

• Supporting data governance efforts to enhance data hygiene and its utility.

• Establishing both formal and informal processes to gather feedback, requirements, and enhancement requests pertaining to sales processes and tools.

• Aiding cross-functional initiatives and working closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and finance teams.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Management or a related discipline.

• Possess an understanding of the sales process and sales tools.

• Exhibit strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

• Results-oriented with a keen attention to detail, capable of building credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders.

• Able to effectively communicate information to business partners and team members throughout the organization and GTM communities.

• Demonstrate flexibility to work efficiently as a part of a team to accomplish both group and individual objectives.
