This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the manual intake, validation, and coordination of materials submitted by customers.
• Ensure all submissions are complete, accurate, and routed promptly for technical review.
• Collect and monitor payments and deposits.
• Prepare and manage contractual agreements.
• Administer construction-related contracts.
• Create and oversee invoices for fees, deposits, and construction expenses.
• Track payments and address discrepancies to guarantee accurate cost recovery.
• Maintain precise tracking of study statuses, deposits, contracts, invoices, and forecast scores.
• Provide operational and financial reports to enhance leadership visibility and ensure audit readiness.
• Assist with interim manual processes while facilitating the transition to new solution platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems.
• Background in the electrical transmission sector.
