• Create diverse content such as blogs, emails, sales materials, web pages, and social media posts that support various teams and departments within the National Council.
• Collaborate with the Content Partner, Editorial, Design, and Digital teams to aid in content development and coordinate efforts for brand campaigns, including National Recovery Month and World Mental Health Day.
• Assist in the transition to and implementation of a new Content Management System (CMS) for internal staff.
• Provide project management support and coordination utilizing Asana, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Copilot, and other platforms.
• Participate in strategic discussions regarding Brand & Content campaigns and projects.
• Conduct research for special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Currently enrolled student (having completed at least two full-time years of undergraduate study) or a recent graduate (within the last six months) in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Proven organizational, project management, and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects at once.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong proofreading abilities.
• Prior experience in managing and developing content for various marketing and communication channels, including web, social media, email, SEO, or podcasts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
• Remote work: We encourage applicants from all US time zones, with the understanding that some mandatory meetings and training sessions may occur in US Eastern Time.
