Intermediate/Senior Inbound Travel Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire booking process from initial inquiry to the completion of travel.

• Create and price custom itineraries tailored for international clientele.

• Foster robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and travel partners.

• Manage quoting, invoicing, confirmations, and coordination with suppliers.

• Meet sales objectives while ensuring high conversion rates.

• Collaborate with FITs, groups, and tour series.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in inbound travel consulting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Zambia (essential).

• Familiarity with East Africa, Mozambique, and Malawi (advantageous).

• Preferred experience with Travel Studio and WETU.

• Proven track record in luxury travel sales.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capable of working independently in a remote setting.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in high-pressure situations and meeting tight deadlines.
