Intermediate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily project operations and execution to ensure seamless team delivery.

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum methodologies and team workflows.

• Convert client feedback into actionable objectives and enhancements for the team.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, expectations, and delivery schedules.

• Assist the team during the transition to Jira and advocate for effective utilization of the platform.

• Monitor project advancement, identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and drive resolutions.

• Ensure clear communication among internal and client stakeholders.

• Actively propose enhancements to boost team efficiency and collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience with cross-functional Agile teams.

• Proven experience coordinating software development projects within Agile settings.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira.

• Strong grasp of Scrum, SDLC, and software delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies, Agile metrics, and performance tracking for teams.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage risks, dependencies, and evolving priorities.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher.

• Proactive and self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to transparency.
