This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide first-rate customer support by managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from DEA registrants and clients.
• Address routine issues promptly and accurately while referring more complex problems to senior operators.
• Assess customers' needs to identify functional requirements.
• Achieve or surpass all project objectives and performance metrics such as Quality Assurance, Average Handle Time, Adherence, and Attendance.
• Requested screenings: background checks, credit checks, and/or drug screening.
• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency is mandatory.
• At least six (6) years of experience, with a minimum of two (2) years in a customer support services operator/analyst role.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred (equivalency accepted: one year of education equals one year of experience, and vice versa).
• Being multilingual is advantageous.
• Must demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in all documentation and service delivery.
