This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Keep inventories of equipment and software licenses up to date.

• Document procedures and user manuals.

• Maintain applications and information systems.

• Document developments, processes, and changes made to the systems.

• Create, update, and manage databases.

• Conduct queries, backups, and maintenance of information.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment.

• Manage users, access, and permissions within the systems.

• Monitor security incidents and vulnerabilities.

• Suggest improvements to optimize processes using technological tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a valid disability certificate.

• Education: Technician, technologist, or professional in Systems Engineering, Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in relevant areas.
