This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers to deliver fundamental help desk support
• Offer professional customer service and ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues
• Precisely log all service requests and document solutions utilizing call tracking software
• Must possess an active DOD Secret clearance or a higher level
• A minimum of 1 year of help desk experience is preferred
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
• Proficient technical troubleshooting skills in researching and documenting solutions
