This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Perform intricate financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to deliver actionable insights.
• Manage the annual budgeting process.
• Utilize advanced data tools to enhance financial predictability.
• Implement thorough variance reporting by comparing monthly actuals to budget and forecast.
• Define and track essential business health KPIs.
• Work alongside department leadership to facilitate cost optimization.
• Apply AI-driven techniques for predictive trend analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory.
• An MBA or a professional certification (CFA/CPA) is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive, hands-on experience in a corporate FP&A setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA and Power Query.
• Strong understanding of contemporary data stacks for predictive financial data science.
