Intermediate Backend Developer

📋 Description

• Design and develop back-end application components, including FHIR operations, primarily utilizing Java and associated technologies.

• Create and uphold the core product code, prioritizing quality, performance, and maintainability.

• Engage in code reviews, comply with team coding standards, and assist in enhancing development practices.

• Evaluate requirements and suggest technical solutions at various phases of development.

• Construct and refine proof-of-concept integrations.

• Diagnose and resolve issues reported by customers or discovered during testing.

• Investigate relevant technologies and share insights with the team.

• Develop and sustain technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of professional experience in back-end development.

• Strong experience with Java and Spring; familiar with REST APIs, SQL, and Git.

• Proficient in end-to-end feature development and unit testing methodologies.

• Capable of working independently on assigned tasks while effectively collaborating within a team.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to technical problem-solving.

• Experience in creating and maintaining clear technical documentation.

• Knowledge or experience in healthcare, HL7, or FHIR is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Apache Camel and the development of robust integration patterns to facilitate seamless data exchange across diverse systems.
