Interior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create visually striking interiors for short-term rental properties.

• Design photography-centric spaces that harmonize luxury aesthetics with functionality.

• Generate innovative design concepts tailored to each property.

• Modify designs to align with regional styles, guest demographics, and property objectives.

• Produce mood boards, concept presentations, Pinterest inspiration boards, floor plans, and 2D renderings.

• Implement room layouts and design plans utilizing professional interior design software.

• Work from architectural blueprints, Matterport scans, and existing layouts.

• Craft cohesive design narratives across various rooms.

• Collaborate with leadership throughout the design development process.

• Balance artistic vision with the operational requirements of short-term rental properties.

• Integrate feedback while upholding design integrity and meticulous attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional interior design experience.

• Prior experience in designing short-term rentals, hospitality venues, boutique hotels, or vacation properties is highly preferred.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating creativity, spatial planning, and visual storytelling is required.

• Applications lacking a portfolio will not be considered.

• Ability to develop original concepts with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in using professional interior design tools such as DesignFiles or equivalent platforms.

• Experience with rendering software.

• Skilled in floor planning software.

• Familiarity with visual presentation and mood board tools.

• Understanding of the factors that contribute to the success of short-term rental properties.

• Knowledge of guest flow, functional layouts, and listing photography.

• Highly detail-oriented.

• Well-organized and self-motivated.

• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborative and open to feedback.

• Passionate about designing exceptional spaces.
