Interim Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic sourcing efforts and procurement projects that add value, enhance efficiencies, and align with Reconomy's sustainability objectives.

• Establish and maintain essential supplier partnerships, including conducting performance evaluations, negotiating contracts, and managing ongoing commercial relationships.

• Discover opportunities to lower costs, reduce risks, and enhance processes by utilizing data-driven procurement strategies.

• Manage the tendering process from start to finish, ensuring effective sourcing strategies and adherence to best-practice procurement governance.

• Offer commercial and contractual advice to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

• Collaborate with teams across Property & Facilities, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Operations to implement procurement solutions that bolster business growth and performance.

• Shape decision-making, negotiate intricate contracts, manage risks, and uncover opportunities for operational enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in Property and Facilities Management.

• Strong grasp of supplier contracting, tendering procedures, and commercial negotiation tactics.

• Proficiency in reviewing contracts and negotiating terms to achieve optimal outcomes for the organization.

• Capability to spearhead complex projects, influence stakeholders, and instigate significant change.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to challenge and influence at all organizational levels.
